In the wake of President Trump’s immigration proclamation, dubbed Muslim Ban 3.0 and the Supreme Court’s cancellation of the hearing on the constitutionality of Muslim Ban 2.0, this panel will address what to expect moving forward with new restrictions in place and how to understand the legal ramifications. Panelists will also speak to the consequences on the communities most directly impacted and how we can collectively challenge and resist racist, xenophobic, and Islamophobic immigration policies. Finally, the panel will address the ways that you can plug into local grassroots work that is happening around the Muslim Ban.
